| Heritage has its unique concept and principle , the research of selecting suitable materials for protecting heritage has been a hot issue.In this study, we introduce the synthesis of reinforcement materials using for ancient architecture oil paint-decorated colored pattern , and test the basic performance. In the experiment, we use MMA, BA, AA as raw materials; OP-10 and MS-1 as the emulsifier, N-OH as crosslinker, and add organic silicon for synthesis heritage preservation performance polymeric material. Discussing the effect on monomer ratio, emulsifier ratio, glass transition temperature and additives.For the synthesis of silicone-modified polyacrylate emulsion, a series of performance have been tested, including the water resistance, corrosion resistance, photostability, material performance, and so on. The results show that the polyacrylate emulsion is applicable excellent performance in the preservation of the reinforcement.At the same time, we made our organic polymer materials contrast with Paraloid B72 and Primal AC33, which are now widely used at home and abroad in the preservation of the cultural relics. finally, we can get the conclusion like this: our organic polymer materials is far superior to Paraloid B72 and Primal AC33 on water and corrosion resistance. On light stability and bond strength, the performance of the three materials are same. Meanwhile, the material we made are harmless non-toxic environment-friendly products, which is a prominent advantage to the others. The synthesis of reinforcement material is expected to use for protecting ancient architecture oil paint-decorated colored pattern. |
