| In this paper,nanometer-sized metal oxides were successfully loaded in the framework of mesoporous silica materials SBA-15 or AS-SBA-15(as-prepared),the catalytic activity of these composite mesoporous materials on the decomposition of ammoninm perchlorate(AP) were studied by DSC-TG.Firstly,a series of composite mesoporous materials(Fe2O3/SBA-15,Fe2O3/AS-SBA-15, CuO/SBA-15,CuO/AS-SBA-15,(Fe2O3-CuO)/AS-SBA-15) were prepared by impregnation-calcination method using SBA-15 or AS-SBA-15(as-prepared) as support.The textural characters,pore properties,BET surface areas,pore size distributions and pore volumes of these samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electronic microscope(TEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption experiment.Secondly,the catalytic properties of these composite mesoporous materials (Fe2O3/SBA-15,Fe2O3/AS-SBA-15,CuO/SBA-15,CuO/AS-SBA-15, (Fe2O3-CuO)/AS-SBA-15) which had different capacity and different content respectively on the thermal decomposition of AP were investigated.The results show that:(1) All types of composite mesoporous materials had catalytic ability on the thermal decomposition of AP at different extent;(2) whether using SBA-15 or AS-SBA-15 as support,the catalytic activity of CuO on the thermal decomposition of AP had a better effect than that of Fe2O3;(3) whether loading Fe2O3 or CuO,the catalytic activity of that using AS-SBA-15 as support on the thermal decomposition of AP had a better effect than that of using SBA-15 as support.Finally,the catalytic properties of the mixed composite mesoporous materials on the thermal decomposition of AP were investigated.The results show that:Whether Fe2O3/AS-SBA-15 was mixed with CuO/AS-SBA-15 through the simple process or the impregnation method,and whether Fe2O3/AS-SBA-15 or CuO/AS-SBA-15 was mixed with catocene respectively,the catalytic activity of the composite catalysts had no cooperative effect on the thermal decomposition of AP. |
