| What is the relationship between the rule, form and function in education toys? What value does the rule design has regarding the education toys? This is the issue to be paid close attention and discussed in this thesis. Early childhood activity is the bud of children's future life. The education toys have played an important role in children's physical and mental development as a toy and a teaching aid.This thesis firstly expounded the conception of rule, form and function from the perspective of children's cognitive development, and then studied the development history, development tendency and market demand of education toys. Based upon the analysis of relationship between rule, form and function, there are six designing concept were elaborated. They are "emotional", "experiencing", "personalized", "seriation", "competitive" and "educational". At last, this thesis has summed up a design method beginning from rules to help the education toy designers to practice. |
