Heat treatment is a main means of improving metal material and metalwork. In recent yeas, with the development of industry, there are more and more supernal request for metalwork, so heat treatment is hammering at high quality and efficient, low-power and zero-social effects of pollution. Resistance furnace is the used broadest heating equipment in heat treatment, and measurement and control of temperature in heating is becoming pivotal technique. These urge people study methods of controlling heating process.The big lagging, non-linear and time-varying usually appears seriously in the process of heat treatment, and the large bogie-hearth resistance furnace has more characters such as strong coupling, disturbance of temperature field because of its large heating space. Therefore, it brings great difficulties for temperature control. Therefore, it is so important to have a successful solution to control the furnace temperature. Firstly, the paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation, development trends and problems about the application of temperature control of large bogie-hearth resistance furnace.The key of temperature control for the large bogie-hearth resistance furnace lies in two aspects of to measure and to control .Temperature measure is that the more important and the foundation of temperature control ripen. However, since controlling object more and more complex, in the aspect of temperature control, there are still a lot of problems. In this paper, the design of computer temperature control is proposed for industry resistance furnace, and the design process has been analyzed. At the same time, the advanced control PID algorithm is studied. In the paper, the principle of detailed introduction computer control system is introduced, includes the measure of the physical parameter on-the-spot,data acquisition and data analysis, data handling. The complete temperature measure and control system for the large bogie-hearth resistance furnace have been established.Finally, this paper discusses some problems in electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC) for the temperature control system of large bogie-hearth resistance furnace, and mainly introduces an sign filter design method of switching power supply. The self-tuning PID control based on the EMC design in this paper has eeriest intelligent and flexible, which has auto-measurement, gathering and dealing with real time data and show control result, etc. It has high control precision and directive meaning for processing quality-heating metalwork.
