Vacuum plate glass is a type of new deep processing product of glass. Among new diaphanous thermal insulation materials, depending on its excellent anti-aging performance, heat-insulating property, transparence and infrared reflection performance, vacuum plate glass leads the field. To carry out systemic research on vacuum plant glass is the key for giving play to its great effect in the future energy-saving and consumption-reduction fields. On the other hand, due to the manufacturing technology of vacuum plate glass is highly difficult, at present, theoretical research carried out at home and abroad is still at the primary stage.Systematic research on the dynamics of vacuum plate glass is conducted in this paper. Vacuum plate glass used in the clamped edges of flexible working conditions is simulated, and the research on the static and dynamic load response and the study of modality are conducted as well. First of all, vacuum plate glass is regarded as a continuous single-layer sheet model, elasticity and shell theory are applied to analyze and calculate the deflection deformation and stress distribution of vacuum plate glass under the static load; in addition, the dynamic elasticity method is utilized to analyze and calculate the modality of vacuum plate glass and its response under dynamic load. Moreover, ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to establish a simplified model of the vacuum plate glass, with its stress, strain field under the static load and its fore six-order modal analyzed and obtained. Finally, the static load response test, modal test and dynamic load response experiment under the actual operating mode are conducted, the experimental data and numerical results are compared with the results of ANSYS finite element analysis, the conclusion is that the theoretical calculations are basically in agreement with the results of software analysis and experimental result.Through theoretical research to detailed experiment, the maximum stress point of vacuum plate glass under static load. and the fore six-order accurate frequency and frequency response characteristics under dynamic load of vacuum plate glass are obtained in this paper. These studies will provide first-hand data for the application and check of vacuum plate glass, and the forecast of its service life. Likewise, it will serve as an important basis for the improvement of the structural design of vacuum plate glass.
