Nantong Tobacco Logistics Center Planning Study

China is the world's tobacco production and consumption, the tobacco industry as a feature of the planned economy, in the face of market economy, industry and the impact of foreign tobacco monopoly's competition, the original operation system and management levels have not adapted to the requirement of the development of situation, reform and management innovation is imminent.This article is in after China's entry into WTO, the tobacco industry commerce, commercial system executes cancel separate legal personality, companies established at or above the county level, the company marketing the market main body status, "a company library city" big distribution under the background of the writing of the library system, "one" the distribution, present tobacco commercial enterprise need to improve logistics capability and level of management technology, must be in a short period of time to explore an from traditional to modern logistics distribution change development road. Through the review of nantong tobacco companies developing process, analysis of the new situation of nantong tobacco logistics distribution center at a library operation mode and the "system" distribution which links in the existing system, logistics management model based on logistics, modern logistics management concept and modern logistics technology, this paper discusses the new situation of logistics development of nantong tobacco preliminary presumptions and planning, nantong tobacco logistics system to provide some references for transformation of modern logistics.
