| The accurate diagnosis of all kinds of unconventional furnace conditions of the blast furnace has a direct impact on a series of indicators. A research has been made into various unconventional furnace conditions subsequent to variation in each signal parameter of furnace conditions that has effect on regular blast furnace performance, and the main results are as follows:The technological process of blast furnace iron-making was analyzed, with the omen and the principle of unconventional conditions considered as well, thus laying a foundation for reasoning rules of unconventional furnace conditions.A research of the theoretical foundation knowledge of unconventional furnace conditions, including mathematical model, knowledge acquisition, knowledge expression, fuzzy math, multi-threaded and serial communications were conducted, with a solid theoretical foundation for further improvement of the unconventionality diagnosing system.A deeper research was made on a variety of the blast furnace monitoring technologies, with reasoning methods to diagnose unconventionality according to captured signals worked out, and the possible approach for further improving rule base and reasoning mechanism of the developed blast furnace unconventionality diagnosing system established.According to the characteristic parameters that have effect on unconventional conditions with correlation analysis of field parameters of blast furnace, the computed characteristic values are fixed in allusion to the reasoning requirements of blast furnace unconventional conditions.Reasoning knowledge of furnace unconventionality diagnosis in blast furnace, based on the important signal parameters of the furnace conditions selected and conditions were created to meet the needs of flexible and practical reason mechanism.The software that was installed on the signal sending terminal to achieve on-site application of the blast furnace unconventionality diagnosing system was developed. In the laboratory conditions, it could send the actual signal data, collected and stored at the scene of blast furnace to the main diagnostic system procedures, and so it could be used to debug procedures of the unconventionality diagnosing system. |
