| Vibration cutting is a kind of advanced machining technology that makes use of much knowledge such as materials science,metal cutting theory,engineering mechanics etc。Vibration drilling is a branch of vibration cutting and has some good effect on machining tiny diameter hole and difficult-to-machine material such as titanium alloy,high-temperature alloy etc。At present,many scientists and scholars have paied more attention to theoretical and experimental study of vibration drilling ,However,so far ,the theoretical and system of vibration drilling isn't perfect,which restricts and hinders the application of this technique。Up to now,good-sized modeling software ,e.g. Pro/E,UG,can simulate approximately general process of drilling and there are no professional simulation software of simulating the vibration drilling of axial direction vibration drilling。Based on the systematic analysis of former research findings,The paper discusses a general frame of axial vibration drilling simulation system,and particularly,the key technology and the realized way is discussed。The system adopts Pro/E to realize the geometric modeling of drill;then uses OpenGL and VC++ as the development tool to import the 3ds file into the simulation system. Uses OpenGL redrawing technique and double——buffer dynamic technique to construct the behavior model and Use CSG Boolean subtraction to simulate the real-time process of cutting ,to realize the axial vibration drilling process。The simulation system offsets the limitation of good-sized modeling software and it is can get the software having the independent and intellectual property rights。It can provide the theory to improve the capability of the drill and the efficiency of the drilling and can help the researcher to understand deeply the process of the vibration drilling of axial direction。Though preliminary experiments show the vibration drilling has excellent technological effects ,to the new method to practical industrial production,however,a large number of experiments have to be carried out for further optimization of drilling parameters for all kinds of different material. |
