The inert chemical bonds like C-H ,C-C and C-X bond (X=heteroatom) constitute the foundation of quantity enormous organic compounds. For high efficiency, high selectively cutting(activation) these inert chemical bonds and developing the practical synthesis new reactions and new methods, is the goal which the organic synthesis specialist diligently strive after. This essay focuses on the subject: C-H bond activation . We discover that takeing TBHP as the free radical initiator, we accomplished sp2-sp~3 C-C bond formation via coupling of aliphatic alcohols with electron-rich alkynes. This is a new method for the preparation of olefinic alcohol structure. This method is highly effective, mild, convenient and environmental benign. This essay described the interesting work which is divided into two parts.1. The research progresses about C-H bond activation in the organic methodology. We herein introduce the research of C-H activation in significance, method and progress, emphatically elaborate some progress about C-H activation in the C-C bond, C-O bond, C-N bond formation in recent years. And expected found more novel reaction systems in C-H activation.2. TBHP as the initiator, the coupling reaction of alkynes and alcohols.Recent years, TBHP uses for the hydroxyl oxidation, the C-H oxidation, the C=C double bond oxidized cleavage or epoxidation, has made a very big progress, further more, reaction systems usually need metal catalyst. This work demonstrates an efficient method to prepare allylic alcohols via direct C-C bond formation initiated by TBHP,the direct C-C bond construction via activation of sp3 C-H bond in this work is not need the nitrogen to protect and metal free.We extend the substrate scope, replace the alkynes by the alkenes, the alcohols by ethers and obtain fairly good effect.
