Membrane Bioreactor (Membrane Bioreactor, MBR) is one of the effective means of wastewater reuse,which is the development direction of wastewater resource technology in future, It has a broad market prospect, huge environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits. Now its superiority in life wastewater treatment has been confirmed. To expand the scope of the technology application, this paper used the MBR technology treatment Waste Water from Pharmaceutical Fermentation and has identified better technology conditions in this wastewater treatment through experiment research. Main results are as follows:It has inspected the feasibility and stable operation characteristics of membrane bioreactor processes of Waste Water from Pharmaceutical Fermentation Treatment under actual conditions through the continuous operation test. During the whole operation, the system's effects of remove organic was stable, the COD always keep at about 200mg/L, the Ammonia nitrogen always keep at about 5mg/L, the BOD5 always keep at about 10mg/L and no suspended substance, Effluent is stable, the Impact load capacity are so strong, and the effluent is superior the 2-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978—1996). Through the experiment determined the following process parameters:The best hydraulic retention time was 9-10 hours, this process cover an area for about a fifth of the original process, greatly reduce the cost of construction in the same Treatment effect.In this reactor the best DO was 1~2mg/L, Using composited aeration includes perforation aeration and microporous aeration, the perforation aeration is 1.2 m3/h which is determined by the membrane Erosion intensity and the results. Adjust the Aerator air according to the DO in the reactor.The MLSS achieved 21020mg/L, During the experiment, there is no need to row mud. it greatly reduced Surplus sludge production and reduced the costs of Slash sludge treatment and disposal.Setting the MBR Effluent for pumping 12 minutes, used the MBR Effluent flushing 3 minutes can slow the speed of membrane fouling.Inside the Membrane bioreactor exist Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification, adding 500ppm PAC to the reactor can delay membrane fouling to a certain extent.
