The problem of environment pollution is a key component for pulping and paper making industry's sustained development. Non-chlorine bleaching which is friendly to environment, have made a big great progress. But because of its immaturity and high cost, there is few enterprises use it.This topic, on the basis of the feasibility of the medium-test bleaching technical flow in column bubbles ,using wheat chemical pulp and oxygen and hydrogen peroxide for the pollution-free bleaching experiment in pilot plant and making an rough analyse of its economical efficiency. And it can provide a technical and academic basis for the non-chlorine bleaching of non-wood pulp.The result of the experiment and rough analyse is great. The pilot plant is feasible, rough material is high-usage and the bleaching result is good, the experiment proves that it is friendly to environment. The total property expend is higher than the cost of the tradition CEH bleaching. But we can use energy and oxygen in a more efficiency means as a bleaching cost reduction plan. The topic is not only achieved the intention of energy conservation but also get the goal of reducing pollutant of paper industry.
