| The main works of thesis are as follows:The principle, preparation and progress of chiral macromolecule membrane were briefly reviewed.By coating 20% loading of ethyl cellulose (EC) on silanized silica gel, the chiral stationary phase (CSP) was prepared and the empty column of HPLC was packed. With mobile phase hexane-isopropanol, acetonitrile or methanol-water, the enantioseparations of fifteen racemates on the column were studied.Using the EC as membrane material, EC membranes were prepared and used in separation of Sunset yellow and Reactive black B.The effects of EC concentration, DMF content, evaporation time, water temperature and operating pressure on the properties of EC membrane were investigated. The water flux and rejection to Sunset yellow and Reactive black B were determined. The flux and permselectivity of EC membranes using aqueous solution of (R, S)-2-phenyl-l-propanol as feed solution were studied. When the membrane was prepared with 18 wt.% ethyl cellulose,20 wt.% DMF,13min evaporation time and 0℃water temperature, and the operating pressure and feed concentration of racemate were 0.2MPa and 1.5mg/mL, respectively, over 90% of enantiomeric excess (e.e.)for (R, S)-2-phenyl-1-propanol were obtained. The membrane was also prepared for isomers resolution of a, (3-ionone. Effects of DMF content, evaporation time and operating pressure on the properties of EC membrane were discussed. The experimental results showed that the EC membranes possessed good selectivity for separation of a, P-ionone. |
