| Naphthalimide fluorescent compounds have broad application. For example it can be used for optical brighteners, fluorescent dyes, fluorescent chemical sensors. We synthesized four 1,8-naphthalimide fluorescent compounds A3,A6 and B1, B2. A3,A6 and B1 have not been reported.in the document. Their structures are characterized using IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS. The thesis is divided into two parts.The first part:the compounds A3,A6 are synthesized using 4-bromo-1,8-naphtha- limides as starting materials by three step reactions. A3 is detected using UV absorp- tion and fluorescence emission spectra. Experimental results show that in acetonitrile and water mixed solution,the fluorescence intensity changes significantly in different PH conditions. The compound A3 is good PH fluorescent chemical sensors and can be used for detect environmental water.The second part: the fluorescent compound B1is synthesized using 4-bromo-1,8- naphthalimides as starting materials and catalyzed by CuI in alkaline conditions.It is carried out by fluorescence emission spectra, UV absorption spectra and Characteriza- tion of cells imaging. Experimental results showe that the compound is a blue fluorescent compound and has strong fluorescent, better water-soluble. The compound uses in cell staining and has high survival rate. The fluorescent compound B2 is synthesized using 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalimides as starting materials and carried out by fluorescence emission spectra ,UV absorption spectra and antibacterial characteriza tion experiment Experimental results show that it is the yellow-green fluorescent compound with the strong fluorescence. it is a kind of good fluorescent dyes,and has a certain antibacterial property. It can be concluded that the 4-substituents of the naphthalimide fluorescent substance have a great impact on the peak displacement through the comparison of the flourescence spectra of these two kinds of compounds. |
