Acquiring the oil well temperature and pressure timely and accurately if importance in the oil exploration production activities.Oil well environment is very bad of high temperature,high pressure,corrosion and the space is very narrow too.The purpose of this oil well parameter transmission system is transporting the temperature and pressure from the oil well bottom to the oil well mouth about several thousand meters timely and accurately. In China, the depth of the intelligent oil well parameter transmission system has not reached 2000 meters.The influence of the oil well situation is great,and application of the system is hard.This issue design and develop this system of the oil well parameters transmission over 3000 meters.In order to achieve that transport the oil well parameters long-distance and dynamiclly,this paper presented that use this wireless forwarding and automatically retractable cable structure which depend on the pressure differential and the modern communications technology. The features of this design is the system can adapt to different oil well conditions.The distance of transmission can break through 3,000 meters, and the power consumption of the device is low. This system can automatically measure and transport the parameters of oil well long-term.Paper describes the software and hardware design of the delivery system in oil bottom and float forwarding system and the monitor system of the oil mouth. The delivery system in oil bottom with the main processor of XC3S100E FPGA can collect parameters of temperature and pressure timely and can modulate data with the digital FM of 2FSK Forwarding system in float ball with the CPU of 16-bit ultra low power MSP430 MCU can demodulate the modulated wave and can forward data wireless using the wireless transceiver CC1100, The monitor system of the oil mouth is able to show oil pressure and temperature, and can make the whole system in sleep or wake up mode by simple operation which reducing the power consumption of the system.The whole system can transport the oil well parameters about 3,000 meters depth timely and accurately through filed testing. System power consumption can reach pre-set goals and this system could work in the environment of oil well one week.
