New Acetic Acid And Amyl Chrysanthemum Acid Derivatives Of The Analytical Methods And Synthetic Studies

Building HPLC analytical method for pilotscale experiment of compounds that our research team synthesize and reveal high herbicidal or antifungal activity, and for searching novel lead compounds of pesticide.1. The compound PTD ( N-(4-chloro-6-methoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-2-(2,4-dichlorophen oxy)acetamide) and PGA (N-[(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)methyl]-N'-[2-(2,4-dichlorophen oxy)acetyl]urea) revealing high herbicidal activity , PCM (S-(+)-2-(4-chlorophenyl) -3-methyl-N-(pyridine-2-ylmethyl) butanamide) revealing high antifungal activity were analyzed by HPLC analytical method for the first time. The analytical method in this paper was believable by its good precision and accuracy.2. Obeying the principle of active-factor-addition, two series (Ⅰ)～(Ⅵ)content twenty-one novel compounds were designed and synthesized, using the primary source meterials with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and S-(+)-3-methyl-2-(4-chloro phenyl)butyric acid.3. All of these target compounds are new compounds and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Their physical properties, spectrum propties, reaction conditions and synthesis methods were discussed as well. The structural formulas of the title compounds (Ⅰ)～(Ⅵ)are as follows respectively: 4. In order to investigate the relationship between the structure of compounds and its property. The crystal of compound (Ⅵa) was successfully prepared, its structure was determined by single crystal X-Ray diffraction analysis. And we had some discussion on its structure and activity.5. The target compounds (Ⅰ)(Ⅱ) of the preliminary herbicidal activities tests and the target compounds(Ⅳ)(Ⅴ) of the preliminary insecticidal activities tests were all finished in Hangzhou Branch of National Pesticide R&D South Central. The target compounds (Ⅲ)(Ⅵ) of the preliminary herbicidal activities tests were all finished in ShangHai Branch of National Pesticide R&D South Central.The results indicated that the target compounds of (Ⅰ)(Ⅱ)series have good herbicidal activities, and the target compounds of (Ⅲ)(Ⅵ)have good antifungal activities,but the target compounds of(Ⅳ)(Ⅴ) not so remarkable was the insecticidal activity.
