When disposed high chromaticity color, hard biological treatment of dyeing wastewater, Heterogeneous Fenton system could solved the problems of homogeneous Fenton catalyts system such as pH had to be adjusted to a limited range, the reaction could cause second pollution. This reaseach through different adsorption behavior of carrier as D072,D061 and molecular siever 25H 50H on resin Fe2+,and comparing different decolorations of dye KE-3B, selected the big aperture acid cation exchange resin D072 to load Fe2+,used to preparation heterogeneous fenton catalyt.According single factor experimental results of the decolorization efficiency of 200mg/L reactive red, reactive yellow, reactive blue wastewater reached to 99% when The optimized experimental conditions were pH=4, H2O2333mg/L,60℃and D072 catalyst 20g/L. Perpendicular test resulted that the best reaction condition were pH=6, H2O2 333mg/L,80℃and D072 catalyst 20g/L, the relevant COD removal efficiency reached 67.9%,69.3%å'Œ68.4% respectivly, and disposed waste water have better biochemical. The catalyst D072 was characterized by IR,XRD,XPS,specific surface area and pore distribution test. The results showed that Fe2+ combined with sulfonic formated active site. Research showed that the kinetics of decoloration for KE-3B by using heterogeneous Fenton system follows pseudo-first order reaction. At the optimized experimental conditions, the decoloration of reaction rate constant reaches 0.012sec-1,and half-time was 57.76s, the activation energy was 4.05KJ/mol,it showed that higher rate of decoloration. According to research of the life of catalyt proved that the recycling property of resin D072 could reach ten times, and it had a long life.
