| Aromatic amino compounds are widely used in fuel, medicine, pesticide, pigments, additives and other areas. Aromatic amino compounds also are important intermediates for organic synthesis.It is an important element in organic synthesis reactions that aromatic amines are prepared by reduction of aromatic nitro compounds.In this paper, two kinds methods of catalytic reduction are microwave water-phase and hydrogen storage alloys reduction methods. The hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by twin-roll rapid quenching method.In this paper, La-Mg-Ni hydrogen storage alloy has been prepared by vacuum induction melting IF.The purity of raw materials all are >99.9%.In the smelting process,covering agent is introduced for avoiding that a large number of magnesium volatilization. Otherwise,alloy isn'n stable.The elements of rare earth elements, magnesium content and heat treatment are studied for then properties of alloys. XRD analysis test showed that hydrogen storage alloy with a nano-crystalline structure, grain size<50nm.PCT test results show that the hydrogen storage alloy has a suitable platform for absorption and desorption hydrogen and higher hydrogen storage capacity. Electrochemical performance test showed that alloys with excellent electrochemical properties, activation of fast, high discharge capacity,and long cycle life.In this paper,4-amino-phthalimide and N-methyl-4-amino-phthalimide are prepared by the reduc actions.4-nitro-phthalimide and N-methyl-4-nitro-phthalimide are raw materials.Fe powder is used as reducing agent. The operation is a rapid and simple. Radiation time, radiation, power, iron dosage, ammonium chloride dosage on the product yield are investigated.Under microwave irradiation of 480W, microwave irradiation time of 100s, n (4-nitro-phthalimide):n(NH4Cl): n(Fe)= 1.0:1.08:3.6,and DMF as extraction agent,4-amino-phthalimide yield could reach 93.4%.Under microwave irradiation of 560W, microwave irradiation time of 120s, n (N-methyl-4-nitro-phthalimide): n(NH4Cl):n(Fe)=1.0:4.4:1.28,and DMF as extraction agent, N-methyl-4-amino-phthalimide yield could reach 90.3%.This article discusses the effects of the reaction temperature, time, amount of catalyst, solvent and reaction atmosphere are on the catalytic reduction of hydrogen storage alloy. The purpose is to control the the most suitable conditions to catalytic reduction of 4-nitro-phthalimide and N-methyl-4-nitro-phthalimide, the conversion rate and selectivity of-NO2 reduction could be improved. The optimal conditions of 4-nitro-phthalimide reduction reactions are that the hydrogen storage is theoretical amount of catalyst dosage three times,anhydrous ethanol as solvent, reaction temperature is 120℃, the reaction time of 48h.The optimal conditions of N-methyl-4-nitro-phthalimide reduction reactions are that the hydrogen storage is theoretical amount of catalyst dosage three times, toluene as solvent, reaction temperature is 200℃, the reaction time of 36h. |
