AAO template method is one of the main methods in preparation of various nanomaterials at present. In this thesis, we investigated the technology of preparing highly ordered porous anodic aluminium oxide (PAA/AAO)templates and Electrodeposition of magnetic nanowires based on AAO templates, and related it as follows:1. We reported the preparation of highly ordered AAO templates by a two-step replication in oxalic acid,sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid respectively. The morphologies were characterized by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope(FE-SEM), and we studied the effects of the electrolyte and its concentration, temperature, as well as the oxidation voltage and time etc, on the degree of order, hole interval, aperture and thickness of the AAO templates, and their growth laws had been analysed. Beyond its condition range of preparing ordered templates by traditional two-step replication, the highly ordered AAO templates could also be prepared in different electrolytes by a novel technology (asymmetrical symmetrical two-step anodic oxidation), the principle and process had been analysed too. Based on these results, we prepared some periodic modulated templates, which had the same hole interval but various aperture, by altering the electrolyte periodically. The multilevel bifurcated modulated templates with Y-shaped were prepared too, via changing the oxidation voltage with 1/(?) multiple.2. We studied the process of removing barrier layers by the step-by-step voltage decrement and the reversed voltage in situ respectively, and obtained the holing-throughed templates. The morphologies were characterized by FE-SEM, and we analysed the principles of these two methods in removing the barrier layers in situ. In addition, the influences of conditions on fabrication of holing-throughed AAO templates had been discussed, and the results too.3. The Fe-Co,Fe-Ni,Co-Ni and Fe-Co-Ni alloy nanowires were electrodeposited into the self-made anodic alumina oxide (AAO) templates, and Sm-Co nanowires were electrodeposited into it from aqueous system, in which the glycine was added. They were characterized and analyzed by FE-SEM, Energy Dispersive System(EDS) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The deposition efficiency of Fe2+,Co2+ and Ni2+in deposition of different alloy nanowires had been analysed. At the same time, The effects of main salt concentration and their ratio, as well as glycine concentration on the content of Sm in Sm-Co nanowires had been discussed; Electrochemical analysis showed that the complexing agent could shift the reduction peak of Sm-Co into the positive effectively, and the deposition efficiency of Sm3+ had been improved.
