With the continuous progress of science and technology, in-car air pollution problem is not difficult to be treated. Technological development will be able to provide us with more scientific methods to control pollution of this hidden killer VOC in a car for us to create a more fresh, natural, healthy and comfortable driving environment. Since the mid-70s, the use of modified titanium dioxide to degrade and the elimination of VOC into the field of environmental have become a very active research direction. In this article, undoped and p/c-doped titanium dioxide powders were prepared by hydrothermal under low-temperature hydrolysis of titanium organic matter, and TiO2/ACF were prepared by electro-deposition method. The properties of products were characterized and analyzed by SEM, XRD, and BET. The performance of TiO2 nanobelts promoting photodegradation of VOC in a vehicle was studied. The results show that the diameter of modified nano-titanium dioxide powder was about 2nm to 8nm. Particle size of Modified nano-TiO2 doped becomes smaller, reduced agglomeration and distributed more evenly. Surface of TiO2/ACF is large by electro-deposition with better; the surface area after depositting TiO2 is not changed a lot.Ralation between Catalyticactivity and temperature of P/C-doped TiO2 nano-powder was discussed. When Catalyst amou nt was 14mg/L, initial concentration of low-VOC interior, its catalytic is best. P/C-doped nano-TiO2 powders are found that there is an optimum value under m (Ti):m (C):m (P)=4:1:0.6. At last, the internal structure and morphology and photocatalytic activity relationship were discussed by their characterizing results through SEM, XRD, BET.It is found that catalytic efficiency of the load of the activated carbon fiber titanium dioxide is better than the untreated, The effects of TiO2/ACF photocatalytic activity were discussed such as the different catalyst, VOC concentration, load rate and light intensity. At last, the internal structure and morphology and photocatalytic activity relationship were discussed by their characterizing results through SEM, XRD, BET.
