The diffusive gradients in thin-films technique (DGT) offered a kind of new method which quantitative measuring some active material in solution in situ. The diffusive gradients in thin-films technique (DGT) used a cellulose dialysis membrane or hydrogel to divide binding phase.Binding phase phase and bulk solution, to control ionic exchange and separate accumulate in situ quantitation. DGT mostly be used for a kind of monitoring instrument of pollution or bioavailability diffusive flux in situ mensuration.Metal ions or simplicity organic or inorganic complex go with mesne metallic ion among with liquid state Sodium polyacrylate (PAAS) for binding phase, cellulose dialysis membranedialysis membrane (CDM) for diffusion layer, constituent CDM-PAAS-DGT device in a position to virtual in situ accumulate water solution.By design, a DGT device does not measure all the chemical species of a metal in solutions; it only measures those species that can be accumulated by the DGT binding phase and whose diffusion fluxes through the DGT diffusive layercan be created.the measured masses of metal species are determined mainly by the ability of the binding functional groups on the DGT binding phase to reduce the concentrations of the complexes.lt form one of remarkable characteristic of DGTThis paper reviewed under different condition, how about CDM-PAAS-DGT accumulation lead ions and copper ions, for example, we study how binding phase bound with metal ions, stability constant, diffusion coefficient; and the linear variation ranges of device measuring lead ions and copper ions were measured. When the condition was changed, the ability of CDM-PAAS-DGT's disturbance, such as metal ions, ionic strength, pH and electrolyte concentration. The recovery of lead ions and copper ions accumulated by the DGT binding phase is lead ions (snow 95.20%, revier 33.52%, lake 30.50%), copper ions(snow98.14%, revier 26.10%, lake 49.07%).
