| Subsea wellhead system which serves as the passageway of crude oil while drilling and exploitation, its bottom connecting conductor pipe and all kinds of casing pipe and its top connecting the hydraulic connector which can support the equipment such as subsea christmas tree equipment and BOP arrangement etc, is a key component of the entire underwater oil drilling and production equipment.With the 18-3/4â€-10000PSI subsea wellhead system as the research object, on the basis of analyzing some typical kinds of subsea wellhead system, the thesis completes the structural design of subsea wellhead system by the use of parametric design methord.Working conditions of subsea wellhead system is rather complex. High-pressure wellhead is the major bearing component of subsea wellhead system. Firstly, the mechanical analysis of high pressure wellhead under the condition of drilling and completion was completed, and the static mechanical analysis of designed high-pressure wellhead was completed and its local structure has been optimized based on ANSYS software. Then the bending capacity analysis of high-pressure wellhead was achieved on special conditions. The results show that the designed structure of subsea wellhead is reasonable and its strength and rigidity can meet design requipments.An intensive study on a typical form of annulus seal assembly was carried out. Based on elastic-plastic and contact analysis methods of ANSYS software, Sealing performance of the metal seal ring with special configuration was studied by means of doing numerical simulation experiments. Sealing performance of specific material changes with relationship to Elastic Modulus was discussed. The law of material properties parameter of specific material impacting on the sealing performance of ASA was revealed. And the sealing configuration of the seal assembly was optimized. Design conception of the self-expandable metal to metal sealing ring to guide the research and development of new sealing assembly. |
