Strengthen food safety management to ensure food security is the basic guarantee of the China's reform and opening, socio-economic development as well as building a harmonious society. With the improvement of the living standards, people has a increasing interest on pollution-free, pure natural and green foods , which make the food security become the focus of the global concern. So the China government has taken different measures and published related laws, regulations and policies to ensure food security. In the " Eleventh Five-Year Plan" (SCS〔2007〕24) about the State Food and Drug Safety , issued by the State Council ,it specifically mentioned that the government should enhance food safety monitoring.Back logistics and transport system , as a vital subsystem of the food safety tracking system , plays an important role to keep the integrity of the whole traceability systems。In this thesis, based on RFID-GIS technology about the food safety trace logistics and transport systems, the new system performs specified GPS device ID numbers associated with product imported, tracking real-time products in the GIS electronic map, collecting information about the environment temperature and humidity of the products in the transportation, realizing vehicle scheduling route optimization and managing alarm function of the deviated route and equipment failure. Because the system combines GPS technology with GIS, it is the best option to study food transportation routes. Moreover, on the basis of the optimal binary tree, the system provides analysis and comparsion about the static and dynamic optimal path algorithm in the current popular GIS network.The main algorithm includes: Dijkstra algorithm, A * algorithm, Floyd algorithm, Bellman-Ford algorithm, Johnson algorithm. Finally, combined with the actual project weight factor and based on RFID-GIS technology, the logistics transportation system of the optimal path routes is been developed to consistent with the actual project condition。...
