The Multi-function The Titrator Hardware Design Based On The Dm642 And Realization

Grain and oil food's safety is currently a hot issue, grain and oil's quality is well-focused. The accurate determination of a series of key indicators is the main basis for deterring food and oil's quality, however, there are many problems such as: artificial titration ending point is difficult to judge, man-made error is large and the results are poor reproducibility and comparability. It directly affects the accurate determination of grain and oil's quality.This article has applied DSP technology in grain quality testing and developed DSP-based image capturing and image processing system--multi-titrator which can be used for pollution-free testing of grain's quality, by combining with the principle of grain testing and introducing advanced DSP processing technology. The major work completed includes:(1) having designed the hardware and signal analysis system based on TMS320DM642 by combining with function of multi-titrator.(2) to realize the system under the overall framework, having designed the schematic,PCB layout and completed debugging,testing, the system can work well.(3) in order to verify the function of the overall system, having assisted the development of system's testing software and completed system-level debugging and testing.The testing results show that the hardware system can work well. This titrator can achieve automatic control of titration process and has realized the pollution-free testing of value of fatty acids, acidity, peroxide value, reducing sugar and other quality indicators in food and oil. At the same time, this device has the function of software upgrading and feature reconfiguring, this design has been adopted by Sichuan Grain Storage Research Institute for food and oil's quality testing, the prototype has been completed and the finished product has also entered into the grain and oil market.
