Reservoir in Central Tarim is rich in oil and gas resource. Because of the complexity of the carbonate reservoir in Central Tarim, there are many technical problems which should be resolved at prime tense in drilling engineering practice:pressure sensitivity, frequent overflow and circulation loss; hydrogen sulfide in the reservoir is not equipotent, where the content of hydrogen sulphide is not the consisitent value; the low probability of drilling through crack, and the unstable well productivity, and so on. Base on analyzing the geological feature and drilling difficulties of the area of Central Tarim, stopping overflow, handling leakage, safe well control and defencing hydrogen sulphide when arrivalling the reservoir, and the four point above should be compromised, beacause they are a system in reallity. Combining the features of increasing production of horizontal well and reducing reservoir damage, so managed pressure drill(MPD) horizontal well be created.The contenting of H2S of carbonate reservoir in Central Tarim is higher than the secure standard. In order to retaining the bottom hole pressure in the procedure of drilling and tripping, the managed pressure drilling technique is used to drill horizontal well. In this way, can we stop hydrogen sulphide intruding and prevent sulphide injuries from occurring. In order to obtain this aim, the most appropriate technique is delicate managed pressure drilling based on the study from home and abroad.Combining the practice of delicate managed pressure drilling, this thesis study the delicate managed pressure drilling technique for pressure sensitivity carbonate reservoir in Central Tarim. What is the thesis mainly studied as follows:1) evaluation of managed pressure drilling techniqueThrough evaluation of applicability of the exciting managed pressure drilling technology, the delicate managed pressure drilling technique which can be used appropriately for the pressure-sensitive carbonate reservoir in Central Tarim where contenting of H2S is higher than the secure standard is selected, and this technique can solve the technical problems of drilling engineering.2)equipment and technology of delicate managed pressure drilling techniqueBy analyzing the system of delicate managed pressure drilling technique, the special technological process be studdied, and offering technologic measures for delicate managed pressure drilling technique.3)designing parameter of delicate managed pressure drilling techniqueBased on the principle of MPD, the physical and mathematical models are established. Through analyzing the affected factors, the main parameter and their calculation methods which is necessary to be concerned in MPD are ascertained. Provide a theoretical basis for the site engineers who implement the dalicate managed control pressure drilling.4) analyzing the application of delicate managed pressure drillingIn combination with the the engineering practice in TZ62-11H Well, the feasibility of technology of MPD is verified.Through studying above mentioned, appropriate and integral project is formed for the delicate managed pressure drilling. The exploition of pressure sensitivity carbonate reservoir in Central Tarim is achieved efficiently, safely and the cost is low.
