A series auxiliaries ofβ-naphthalenesulphfonate-formaldehyde condensates were synthesized and characterized by HPLC-MS. The higher ratio of formaldehyde and acidities at condensation, the higher condensation degree of the products. The effects of the auxiliaries synthesized to improve the anti-alkali stability of reactive dyes were investigated,it was found that the condensate with different condensation degree have different efficiency, and auxiliaries\with lower condensation degree exhibit excellent efficiency of anti-alkali stability. Compared with the commercial products of similar products,the products synthesized are more useful as an anti-alkali auxiliaries for reactive dyes. a preliminary exploration of Reactive Red 3RB's some characteristics was studied. |
