Control System Developing And Researching On Cnc Machine Tool With Tool-frame Revoluting

There are some question with the CNC machine tool with worktable revoluting, such as bigger moment of inertia, slow-moving and bigger cutting error. So the Northeast University designed the CNC machine tool with tool-frame revoluting.The research focus on the software developing of the CNC machine tool with tool-frame revoluting, and then do some experimentation, testing and debugging on it.The machine can cut automatism and manually.The author represented the project of the control system and the described the frame of the control system detail based on the machine system. Then some of the control components were represented and the control method was describe.Based on machine system, the author has developed the software system with VB including the jogging movement, accurate movement, reading and analyzing the document of DXF, displaying the drawing, and generating the G code and so on. The system charactered with manipulating easily and in security, cutting with high precision, diagnosing easily, easy maintenance.Then the author forcued on the trajectory planning, the method of trajectory planning was researched. Based on the speciality of this CNC machine, the solution of the line and arc trajectory was analyzed.Finally, some experiment was done, and the dynamic property was adjusted based on the PID method.Then based on the results of the experimentation, some optimizing method was discussed.
