The research of synchronous motion control has been a hot subject. In industry production, angle synchronization and linear displacement synchronization are requied in various mechines.There are many advantiges in hydraulic synchronous control such as simple structure, composed easily, controled easily, suited for high power condition.It is widely used in industry.This paper discusses various valve control asymmetric cylinder mathematical modeling information, points out its drawback, and the new method and new concept of setting mathematical model of valve control system are given.On reference of many home and abroad literatures, this paper gives a new classification of hydraulic synchronous control system:centralized control model, dispersed control model, independent control model.Purpose for understanding the control strategy, this paper gives a new definition to control strategy, defines the forms of basic control strategy and compares these performance and characteristics of the basic control forms.In order to take full advantage of these control strategy, this paper gives a new control strategy: asymmetric control strategy.According to the control methods, there are three types in centralized control model of hydraulic synchronization system. They are widely used. This paper discusses these three types deeply. In the same working condition and external interference, by using new modeling method and concept, mathematical models of these three hydraulic synchronization systems are established. The mathematical models we get have some theoretical value.Control theory principle is used to analyse static and dynamic characteristics of three hydraulic synchronous forms, the design method of parameter of the hydraulic synchronous control system is given, the parametric expression of main properties index of these three hydraulic synchronous control forms is established. The calculation model of main technical index of three hydraulic synchronous control forms is derived.This paper discusses the tuning method of parameter of PID controler, by comparing various parameters tuning methods, the cut and try method is chosen to settig PID controler. The optimal parameter combination of PID controler of three hydraulic synchronous control forms, in order to compare three hydraulic synchronous control forms after PID correction, the parameters of the PID controler of these three hydraulic synchronous control forms are unified treated.The SIMULINK tool in MATLAB is used to do the simulation research of the three hydraulic synchronous control forms, and compare the system performance influnce under different control strategy. The optimum control parameters of PID controler in synchronous control system. At last, by unifying parameters in PID controler of synchronous control system, some meaningful conclusions are drawn, the expected goal is achieved.
