In recent years, high power frequency conversion technology with the development of high-performance vector control has become one of the focuses of current research. Multi-unit high-voltage inverter topology of series has been very mature, because of its low-pressure way to solve the problem of high-voltage motor drive, has become a national high-voltage electrical fields mainstream frequency control applications. The main contents of this paper is based on indirect field orientation of the multi-unit series high-voltage inverter vector control system.This paper introduces the multi-unit series high-voltage inverter topology, the topology for the special problem, the series of multi-unit high-voltage inverter modulation strategy for in-depth research. By analyzing the basic principles of PWM modulation, PWM modulation methods for detailed analysis. experimental results show that the implementation method has good scalability and versatility, It also solves the multi-unit series of multi-pulse high-voltage inverter-driven issues.This experimental series based on multi-unit energy feedback H bridge power inverter experimental high-performance platform, part of the experiment, the control platform hardware design features, this paper has conducted a new type of FPGA-based DSP and PWM Modulation Method. In the analysis of the basic principles of PWM modulation, based on a detailed study of the issue of any FPGA-based PWM waveform modulation method, experimental results show the feasibility and correctness, but also show that this method has good application value.Secondly, from the basic theory of vector control is designed based on the rotor field oriented vector control system. Analysis of the vector control of two core issues:Flux observation method and speed identification method. In Matlab/Simulink simulation model built in, the performance of the system was verified. Through the analysis of the simulation results indicate that the system has good dynamic and static performance and load capacity.Finally, based on the composition of vector control system, the experiment hardware platform is introduced briefly, from the control and power modules to the system briefly. Finally, this paper describes the system software design and software design, and flow chart is given, focusing on the modulation algorithm and vector control. experimental results show the feasibility and correctness of the algorithm, for the future of speed vector control system to provide a good software support.
