Computer Aided Industry Design has been a important technique of CAD/CAM, Advanced Manufacturing and Automatization. As a important part of CAID, Computer Aided Ergonomics is used to improve the quality of design effiently. Espacialy using virtualhuman analyze and evaluate ergonomics capability in the forepart of design.This paper focus on how to use virtualhuman to realize the CAED theory and technology, the main content concludes:Modeling of virtualhuman body and modeling of virtualhuman motion.Method of Computer Aided Ergonomics. Using show human operation area and visual field to aiddesigner to design operation space; using OWAS to anlysis opration.COM and SolidWorks API.Rrealize simple human action simulation.
