The nitrogen oxides (NOX) releasing in pulverized coal combustion is the important part of the major pollutant in the whole atmosphere. The significant importance will be shown through the research on the methods of NOX Reduction, especially on the NOX during the process of combustion. By the different temperature, different combustion atmosphere and different kinds of pulverized coal, the paper studies on the reaction genesis of NOX and analyse the factors of the produce of N2O, NO, NO2 and SO2.The result reveals that in the layered combustion the instantaneous release of N2O, NO, NO2 and SO2, the single or double or shoulder peak of release curve, show the obvious regulated difference. The sodium acetate addition shows the different prohibitive effect on the product of harmful smoke, and the effect is depend on different N(S) content in the pulverized coal of Zhenhai, Geliping, Jihua and Shenmu, on the different combustion atmosphere and different temperature. Finally, the thesis emphasizes that the effect of the microcosmic change of combustion atmosphere, the residual coke and the sinter can't be neglected during the smoke forming.
