Along with industrial development, higher performance requirements have put forward for the control of hydraulic servo system, at the same time the system should be adaptive to bad environment. According to the change of electro-hydraulic element and control element ( servo valve, proportioning valve or digital valve ) producing some nonlinear factors, a kind of new controller provided with good nonlinear performance has been designed .On the basis of the hardware design of hydraulic servo system and system's model, a fuzzy controller based on one-nerve cell has been designed, the controller includes a fuzzy controller and one-nerve cell controller, The fuzzy controller is used to adjust the gain and restrict the amplitude of the nerve cell controller .Afterwards, it optimizes the arithmetic of one-nerve cell and rules of the fuzzy controller with a great lot of experiments.The results of simulation and tests of actual system show that the intelligent controller has good stability and robusticity that it would be able to satisfy the performance target of the project.
