The technology of remote measuring and controlling play an important role in the modern wireless communication area ,and there are many kinds of technologies and theoretics at the aspect of tracking system. That the antenna points at the aerocraft very precisely can utilize the gain of antenna ,minishing the power of transmitter, and propagating data very gualitily effectly. The tracking and servo-actuated system which is as an indispensability part of measuring and controlling system is using at the facets of remote data transmitting, antenna tracking, controlling orientation ,and state stiring etc,at large.First of all, this paper summarizes the history and actuality of tracking technology ,and analyse the basic principle of programme tracking,taper scanning tracking and single pulse tracking , and compare it with the others. It emphases on the system of signal pulse signal channels ,and sets forth the methods of realizing,way of demodulation,advantage and disadvantage.Afterwards,the paper introduces how to design a"S Band remote measuring receiver". The receiver has the high demands at the aspects of utility,credibility,stabilization. And it expatiates the technical demands of system,realizing principle,and the realizing methods of every module.Finally, the paper introduces particularly the"SCM"demodulation and magnifying module based on collectivity scheme. The"0 /π"phase shifter of"SCM"demodulation module adopts the new technology ,whose precision is much better than it of the resemble productions.
