Multiaxial special off-road vehicle is usually used as transportation and launch chassisof weapon system. Its characteristics directly influence the performance of the transportat-ion and projection of weapons systems. So taking research and develop with multiaxial sp-ecial off-road vehicle to satisfy the requirement of mobile launching of strategic weapon isvery necessary. Multiaxial special off-road vehicle have multi-axles, long wheelbases andheavy duty. Its structure and dynamic characteristics are more complex than the ordinary t-wo axle vehicle.However, nowadays at home there is not having the whole vehicle dynam-ics model that is special for Multiaxial special off-road vehicle. That restricts the dynamicsresearch of Multiaxial special off-road vehicle and it is the important reason that has cause-d the notable gap of design level of Multiaxiat special off-road vehicle between china anddeveloped countries.Compared with the two axle vehicle the dynamic characteristics of Multiaxial specialoff-road vehicle have an obvious feature that is the multi-axle steering technology is app-lied in order to increase the maneuverability of Multiaxial special off-road vehicle. Aimingto these features in this dissertation the whole vehicle dynamics modeling theory and met-hod of Multiaxial special off-road vehicle are studied, the correspond simulations, and themain results include:(1) Establishment of a multi-axle vehicle of the sport utility vehicle dynamics model.(2) This dissertation adequately utilizes the trait of ADAMS to do a lot of dynamicssimulation calculation to acquire the affect rule of these parameters.(3) Analysis the effect on navigating and braking stability of the 5-link type rigid axlesuspension. Discuss the effect on capability of the special off-road vehicle location of thePanhard rod and trailing arm. It will benefit people when doing the improve design of thisvehicle or designing a similar vehicle.In this dissertation, the multi rover vehicle model is correct and feasible, and can beused for multi-axle special off- road utility vehicle design and analysis.
