The theme comes from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (item number: 50475050)and Shanxi Province Natural Science Foundation (item number: 20051065) etc. take the track-type construction machinery of the bogie wheels as the research object. For the current situation that the vibration damping performance of traditional bogie wheels are poor, a kind of spacing-damp layer structure was introduced into the structure of bogie wheels in order to improve the vibration buffering performance of bogie wheels. Design of "Bogie Wheels with a Kind of Spacing-damp Layer Structure".In accordance with the force of bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer, as well as working environment of the bogie wheels, the design of bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer dimensions in order to ensure the good fit with the track.Take a certain model of crawler bulldozers as an application example, set up a model of the whole mechanical, and supporting the establishment a single round of the buffer model to do an analysis more depth for the overall vibration system, all the bogie wheels model of integration, derived from bogie wheels the system amplitude-frequency response function, and take vibration analysis of mechanical parameters with the bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer.Spacing-damp layer structure is a widely used damping structure, but its damping principle is very little research. The subject make an analysis of its energy and measure the of the principle of some damping parameters. It is the basic vibration theory of studies with principle of bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer.With the different working conditions of bulldozer and the flat ground bulldozing, uphill bulldozing and extreme working condition such as 3 working conditions respectively. Make vibration simulation of bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer and traditional supporting bogie wheels. Simulation Analysis of the frequency mainly in the range of 1~10Hz, because the frequency is the biggest influence of vibration bulldozers. Compared two kinds of bogie wheels vibration data, result shows that the wheels with spacing-damp layer supporting the effect of damping is good.The bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer is a new type of structure, hasn't been tested in practice. It's necessary to make finite element analysis. Separately take bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer in static, normal work and extreme working condition, and do finite element analysis of mechanics for the bogie wheels in these three working conditions. The results of analysis show, bogie with spacing-damp layer be able to work at the three conditions, but the durability of the wheels have to be further explored on work.In the manufacture time, the steels and rubber must be adhered together solid. So for manufacture, bogie wheels with spacing-damp layer will complicated than traditional rigid bogie wheels. The article reference to the linked tanks rubber roadwheel technology, discussed the manufacturing process of the bogie with spacing-damp layer and it's rubber formulations.
