Established a ARM7-LPC2131 chip as the control center of the step motor closed-loop control system, through the position feedback to achieve high precision stepper motor closed-loop positioning control.Closed loop control system was established traditional functions for highly nonlinear characteristics of stepper motor, stepper motor used in the design of the closed-loop control of the self-tuning fuzzy PID controller. By simulink simulation, analysis of the PID control and fuzzy PID control in the stepper motor to track a given position, the response of the system obtained fuzzy PID control PID control than the average high precision, small overshoot.Besides, the paper also gave details of the control system hardware and software design and the principle of fuzzy control.The experiment show that the design of institutions able to complete the tile adhesive tile adhesive requirements.
