Object:To explore the effects of gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule on uterine tissue-specific matrix metalloprote-inase-9 (MMP-9) and their tissue inhibitor of metalloproteina-inase-1 (TIMP-1)of the rats suffering from medical abortion.The model of the rats suffering from medical abortion was adopted to expound the mechanism of bleding after gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule therapy.Methods:72 early gravidity SD rats are randomly divided into 6 groups: gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule (high dose) group, gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule (middle dose) group, gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule (low dose) group,chanfukang granules group, normal control group and medical abortion model Group.In addition to the normal control group,other groups are given mifepristone 16.6mg/kg and misoprostol 100ug/kg, at 8am and 6pm in the seventh day of pregnancy. After the success of the modeling, each group of rats begin to fill the medicine to the stomach, the corresponding handling after the end of treatment rats are sacrificed, we get their uterus and then use the method of in situhybridization to detect the content of MMP-9 and TIMP-1.Consequence:Results as compared with the nomal group, MMP-9/TIMP-1 and MMP-9 concentration in rat's uteru were significantly lower in the model group (p<0.01),but TIMP-1 concentration in rat's uteru was significantly higher in the model group (p<0.01).Compared with the model group, MMP-9/TIMP-1 and MMP-9 concentration in rat's uteru were significantly higher than those in the diabetes treated (p<0.01).TIMP-1 concentration in rat's uteru of gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule (high dose) group was significantly lower than this in tha modle group (p=0.02).MMP-9 concentration in rat's uteru of gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule (high dose) group was significantly higher than this in the gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule (low dose) group (p<0.01).Conclusion:1 Adopting mifepristone match misoprostol method, has built successfully the early pregnancy rat abortion pathological mechanism model.2 gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule action mechanisms possibly is improving the concentration of MMP-9 in rat's uteru,reducing the concentration of TIMP-1,and regulate the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 after medicine abortion, but speed up the endometrium of poiymers and break off, promote tissue repair, To achieve the purpose of hemostasis.3 Different dose of gynecological Qi Xiaotong Granule has certain influence to the treatment result, high dose group is superior to low does group.
