Objective:Color doppler ultrasound technology was used to detect uterine spiral artery.then combined with the detection of blood serum soluble vaseular endothelial cell growth factor receptor 1 of pregnancy mother,Further clarify the occurrence and development of preeclampsia pathophysiology, So we can offer more dependable methods and important basis for deep investigation.Methods:â‘ Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method is used to assay the serum concentrations of sFlt-1 level of 30 patients with pre-eclampsia ( including 15 patients with severe pre-eclampsia and15 patients with mild pre-eclampsia ) and 20 normal pregnancy mother.â‘¡The Siemens sequoio512 ultrasonic instrument is used to assay the uterine spiral artery blood flow of 30 cases who caught pre-eclampsia (including 15 cases who caught severe preeclampsia group; 15 cases who caught mild preeclampsia group) and 20 normal cases. in order to measured ratio of contraction of uterine spiral artery blood flow peak systolic flow velocity and end diastolic flow velocity (S / D) and pulsatility index (PI).â‘¢all the data is tested with software SPSS17.0.Results:â‘ Compared with the control group, sFlt-1 peripheral serum concentration level of each group of preeclampsia patients was obviously higher. There is statistical significance. (p <0.05).â‘¡Compared with the control group, uterine spiral artery blood flow S/D and PI of each group of preeclampsia patients were higher. There is statistical significance. ( p <0.05)Conclusions:â‘ the peripheral blood of soluble vascular endothelial cell growth factor receptor 1, sFlt-1 elevation prompt may be involved in the pathophysiology of preeclampsia.â‘¡color Doppler ultrasound can be used to detect uterine spiral artery blood flow in order to predict the severity of preeclampsia.â‘¢The serume levels of soluble vascular endothelial cellgrowth factor receptor 1 in patients of pre-eclampsia which might participate the pathogenesy of pre-eclampsia by remoding the uterus spiral arteriolar blood vessel.
