| ObjectiveTo study the expression of CD1a and E-cadherin in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and squamous cell carcinomas of the cervix(SCC) and explore their relationship with the pathagenesis and development of cervical carcinoma and early diagnosis.MethodsThe CD1a+LC and E-cadherin were detected using immunohistochemical staining in 15 specimens of normal cervical tissue,56 specimens of CIN,56 specimens of SCC, These proteins were examined for the defferences of expression and analysed with statistical method.Results1. The density of CD1a+ LC was gradually decreased in normal cervical tissue, CIN and cervical cancer, there were significant difference between the groups (P<0.01). Samilar,The density was also gradually decreased in the three groups of CIN, there were significant difference in CINâ… and CINâ…¡, CINâ… and CINIâ…¡(P0.05), but no significant difference of CINâ…¡and CINâ…¢(P> 0.05).2. The number of cells of CD1a+ LC were significant decreased even disappear in cervical squamous tissue, there were no significant difference in the age, clinical stage groups (P> 0.05), and density between the groups was no significant difference; but there were significant difference in histological grade and lymph node metastasis groups (P<0.05).3. The positive expression rate and intension of E-cadherin were decreased gradually in normal cervical tissue, CIN, cervical cancer, there were significant difference between the three groups (P<0.01), The positive expression rate was also decreased gradually in the CINâ… , CINâ…¡and CINâ…¢groups,but there were significant difference in CINâ… and CINâ…¡, CINâ… and CINâ…¢(P<0.05), and no significant difference of CINâ…¡and CINâ…¢(P> 0.05)4. The positive expression rate of E-cadherin has no significant difference between the age and clinical stage groups in the squamous cell carcinomas of the cervical tissues (P> 0.05), and there were significant difference in histolog-ical grade, lymph node metastasis groups (P<0.05)5. More CD1a+LC and high rate of E-cadherin expression were found in normal cervical tissue; Less CD1a+LC and low rate of E-cadherin expression markedly in unnormal cervical tissue, the expression of CDla was positive correlated with E-cadherin (rs= 0.900, P< 0.05).Conclusion1. The number of cells of CD1a+LC gradually decreased even despear to follow the illness aggravated in normal cervical tissue, CIN and cervical cancer, It showed that the source, development of cervical cancer would been relation with the immune system of LC lower2. The low expression of CDla and E-cadherin in cervical tissue had no relation with badly development.In SCC, the expression had significant relation with histological grade and lymph node metastasis.3. The expression of CDla and E-cadherin was positively correlated in different cervical tissue.It showed they would have important role in the canceration of the cervical. It was combined detection could ancillary been one of early diagnosis signs. |
