The Expression Of Dcp4 And Fhit In Gastric Carcinoma And Its Clinic Value

Objective: To research the expression of fragile histidine triad(FHIT)and in similar to mot hers against decapentaplegic homologue-4(DCP4) gastric carcinomas,as well as the correlations with several clinicopathologic, formation of the ascites and demonstrative prognostic parameters,and to investigate the significance.Methods: FHIT and DCP4 protein expressions were examined by immuno- histochemical staining (SP)and hemiquantity calculation in 82 cases of gastric carcinomas and 30 cases of mucomembrane tissues of carcinomas ambitus.The correlation between FHIT and DCP4 protein expressions and pathological grades and clinical stages in gastric carcinoma were analysed.Results: 1)The positive rate of FHIT and DCP4 protein expression in gastric tissue The positive rate of FHIT protein expression was is lower (47.56%)in gastric carcinoma, there was significant between in gastric carcinomas and control group(p<0.05). The positive cases of FHIT protein expression was higher(57.41%)over sixty years, there was significant between over sixty years and below sixty years group(p<0.05). The positive rate of FHIT protein expression was 46.15% in male,there was no significant between in male and female (p>0.05).The positive rate of FHIT protein expression was 75.00%,69.76% and 17.14% in among well-, moderate- and poor- differentiated gastric carcinoma,there was significant between in well-differentiated and poor-differentiated,moderate- differentiated and poor-differentiated gastric carcinomas (p<0.01). there was no significant between in well- differentiated and moderate-different- tiated (p>0.05).The positive rate of FHIT protein expression was 95.65%,57.14%,26.67% and 6.67% atâ… ,â…¡,â…¢andâ…£stages in gastric carcinoma,there was significant between atâ… andâ…¢stages,â… andâ…£stages andâ…¡andâ…£stages in gastric carcinomas (p<0.01),there was no significant between atâ… andâ…¡stages,â…¡andâ…¢stages andâ…¢andâ…£stages in gastric carcinomas (p>0.05). The positive rate of FHIT protein expression was lower(34.69%)in lymph node metastasis, there was a significant difference between lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis (p<0.01).The positive rate of DCP4 protein expression was is lower (42.68%)in gastric carcinoma, there was significant between in gastric carcinomas and control group(p<0.01). The positive cases of DCP4 protein expression was higher(44.44%)over sixty years, there was no significant between over sixty years and below sixty years group(p>0.05). On the other hand ,the PI of FHIT and DCP4 protein expression were decreased accompanied with more stages in gastric carcinomas,there was a significant difference about the PI of FHIT protein expression at various clinical stages(besidesâ…¢stage andâ…£stage, p<0.01), there was significant difference about the PI of DCP4 protein expression at various clinical stages(p<0.05 or p<0.01).3) The PI of FHIT and DCP4 protein expression at various pathologic grades in gastric carcinomaThe PI of FHIT protein expression is lower at various pathologic grades in gastric carcinoma than that in control(p<0.01),the PI of DCP4 protein expression is lower at various pathologic grades in gastric carcinoma than that in control(besides well-differentiated,p<0.01). On the other hand ,the PI of FHIT and DCP4 protein expression were decreased accompanied with more grades in gastric carcinomas,there was a significant difference about the PI of FHIT protein expression in various pathologic grade(besides moderate- and well-differentiated, p<0.01), there was a significant difference about the PI of DCP4 protein expression in various pathologic grades(besides moderate- and well-differentiated, p<0.01).Conclusion: 1) There was significant relationship between FHIT and DCP4 protein expression and clinical stages, various pathologic grades, lymphatic metastasis. There was significant relationship between FHIT and age.2) FHIT and DCP4 protein were significant clinical parameter in gastric carcinoma, may be involved in progression of gastric carcinoma, examination of FHIT and DCP4 protein expression was of great value in understanding the degree of malignancy ,and evaluating prognosis of the disease.
