Expression Of P1k1 And Survivin In Hepatocellular Carcinoma And The Relation Between Them And Differentiation Of Tcm

Object:Investigating expression of Plk1 and Survivin in hepatocellular carcinoma. Investigating feasible nosogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma, investigating the relation them and differentiation of TCM. Investigating innate character of syndrome,providing theory for diagnosis and targeted therapy in clinic.Method:Collecting and selecting paraffin blocks of 80 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma which both of well differentiated and poorly differentiated cases are 40,20 cases of hepatic cirrhosis and 20 cases of hepatic tissue(containing samples of hepatorrhexis) in pathology department of The Second Xiangya Hospital,from 2007. Counting ages,sex,cell differentiation,whether violating Glisson capsule,expression of AFP and HbsAg,type of differentiation of TCM. Detecting the expression of Plk1 and Survivin with immunohistochemistry, counting average light density with software of Image-Pro Plus 6.0.Result:Difference of Plk1 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma comparing to Adjacent liver tissue,hepatic cirrhosis and nomal hepatic tissue is significant in statistics (P<0.01); difference of Survivin expression in hepatocellular carcinoma comparing to adjacent liver tissue,hepatic cirrhosis and nomal hepatic tissue is significant in statistics (P<0.01). The expression of Plk1 and Survivin in hepatic cellular cancer is relational (P<0.01), both Of positive rates are not differential, both Of results are coincident. The expression of Plk1 in hepatocellular carcinoma is unrelated with age,sex,differentiation of tumor,violating Glisson capsule,expression of AFP and HbsAg,type of differentiation of TCM(P>0.05), is related with differentiation of tumor (P<0.05).The positive rates of Plk1 and HbsAg are not differential, the positive rates of Plk1 and AFP are differential.The expression of Survivin in hepatocellular carcinoma is unrelated with age,sex,differentiation of tumor,violating Glisson capsule,expression of AFP,type of differentiation of TCM (P>0.05), is related with expression of HbsAg (P<0.05).The positive rates of Survivin and. HbsAg are not differential, the positive rates of Plk1 and AFP are differential.Conclusion:PLK1 and survivin express uncommonly in hepatic cellular cancer, they both may be becoming targets of curing hepatic cellular cancer, we can do further research.. the expression of Plk1 and Survivin in hepatic cellular cancer is relational (P<0.01), both Of positive rates are not differential, both Of results are coincident.the expression of plk1 and survivin in hepatic cellular cancer have nothing to do with syndrome of TCM, we don't find it can guide differentiation of TCM to detect plkl and survivin.
