| Objective:The chronic atrophic of gastritis (CAG) are a kind of common disease of the digestive system, difficulty treatment disease. It is close with stomach cancer's occurrence development relations, receives the people widespread value. This sickness morbidity is slow and the course is long. The doctor practicing western medicine treated from anti-HP, the promotion stomach power, the protection stomach mucous membrane obtains, to obtain certain curative effect, but was not satisfying. Chinese medicine accumulates abundant experience, can improve patient's clinical symptom effectively through the long-term clinical practice, and reduce risk which develops to the stomach cancer. Methods:The qualified test-accepters were divided into experimental group and control group in proportion to 1:1.Every group has 47 test-accepters. Results:1.To compare the total effect of two groups: Experimental group effectiveness 93.62%, control group effectiveness 74.47%.Statistics shout that three is a significant difference after the treatment between experimental group and control group(p<0.05). That shows the effect of experimental group is much more significant than control group.2.To compare the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises, experimental group and control group have significant difference in front and back treatment, the experimental group are superior to the control group after treatment(p< 0.05). That shows the integral calculus of symptoms and advertises of experimental group is much more significant than control group.3. To compare the result of gastroscope and Hp exam and lively body organization exams:After treatment the result of gastroscope and lively body organization exams of two group have significant differences (p<0.05). The result of Hp test after treatment dose not have significant difference between two groups. But Hp eradication rate:Control group 48.93%, experimental group 72.34%,three is a significant difference after the treatment between experimental group and control group(p<0.05).4. Recurrence rate in six month, Observes two group of medicine forward curative effects:Statistics shout that three is a significant difference after the treatment between experimental group and control group(p<0.05). Indicated that the experimental group forward curative effect surpasses the control .5.In the aspects of safety observing, both groups have no the bad reaction. Conclusions:By three months treatment, the clinic effect of the method is superior to in every aspect, and has superiority on totally organizing and improving symptom and reducing recrudescence.
