Object:To investigate the short-term clinical efficiency of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical cancer(NACT);To evaluate the value of the clinical application of NACT;to explore the expression of P-gp,MPR, GST-πamong normal ceivical tissue,CIN,before and after the neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical cancer and explore their effect of predicting the effiency of NACT in cervical cancer.Methods: 30 cases of cervical cancer underwent NACT using cisplatin-based regiments,after 1-2 courses of NACT, the clinical efficiency were observed. The expression of P-gp,MRP1,GST-πwere detected by immunohistochemical method(S-P) in 10 cases of normal cervix, 20 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), 30 cases of cervical cancer before and after NACT.Results:①The overall response rate was 80%(24/30), the sugery rate was 83.3%(25/50), 5 cases of patient lost operation chance and accept radiotherapy for their late stage.②The expression of P-gp,MRP1,GST-πis higher than in normal cervix and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN);③The expression of P-gp,GST-πafter neoadjuvant chemotherapy is significantly higher than before (p<0.05)and the neoadjuvant chemotherapy effcctive rate in the P-gp,GST-πnegative group is significantly higher than that in the positive groups(p<0.05).④The expression of MRP1 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy is of no difference from before and the neoadjuvant chemotherapy effcctive rate in the MRP1 negative group is also of no difference from that in the positive groups(p>0.05).⑤No correlation was discovered between P-gp,GST-π,MRP-1 and clinicalstage,pathological stage.Conclusion:①P-gp,MRP1,GST-πmay participate in primary drug resistance of cervical cancer,meawhile , P-gp,GST-πmay participate in secondary drug resistance of cervical cancer.②the NACT effcctive rate in the P-gp,GST-πnegative group is significantly higher than that in the positive groups, P-gp,GST-πcan be used to predictive the effiency of NACT.③Joint Detection of the expression of multiple drug resistance protein is useful to reval the reasons for resistance and the effect of chemotherapy and evaluate the efficiency of NACT, and it is useful to Formulate effective individualized treatment plan.④The NACT in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer can alleviate clinical symptoms rapidly, reversible clinical tumor stage and can create conditions for the surgery, NACT is an effective way in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.
