Clinical Study On The Treatment For Urticaria (the Type Of Fenghan) With Piyantang â…¡

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Pi Yan Tangâ…¡(PYTâ…¡) in the treatment on urticaria (the type of fenghan)Metheods:We divided 86 cases into two groups according to the different treatment method applied.45 cases in group A, treated by PYTâ…¡;41 cases in group B,treated with Desloratadine Tablets.Itch,the number and scale of rash, the frequency and while of paroxysm,and SSRI were used to monitor the disease activity.Results:In group A, the total effective cases were 84.44%.In group B, the total effective cases were 68.29%. There is significant difference shown between two groups in the rates of effectiveness (P<0.05).The significant difference about the integtal of symptoms was shown statistically before and after treatment in all groups (P<0.05).In rash itch, the number of tetter, the frequency and while of paroxysm, PYTâ…¡and Desloratadine Tablets have significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:PYTâ…¡and Desloratadine Tablets are both effective treatments to urticaria (the type of fenghan).But, PYTâ…¡is superior to Desloratadine Tablets in the clinical efficacy.
