The prevention group's IgE, ALT, IL-5 and IFN-γlevel and same density treation groups was different in value, but on signifincantly diversity (P>0.05).4.Each observation target could not watch the significance in the difference between prevention group and treation group(P>0.05).[Conclusion]1.High,middle density Physalis peruviana could alleviale the digestive tract inflammation which obviously the mouse allergy caused.2.In prevention groups,mouse digestive tract allergic inflammation changed the more remarkable alleviation than stimulates groups,but the treatment group function is simlla(?)3.Physalis peruviana had obviously the adjustment and the alleviation function to the food allergy, but could not prevent mouse's intestinal tract allergic reaction completely.4.Physalis peruviana possibly was used in preventing and controlling the effective medicine of the child food allergy,and had the high clinical research value.
