The Department of Higher Education published and executed College English Curriculum Requirements, it became the main basis of carrying out teaching and learning at the Chinese university and college. College English Curriculum Requirements lays definitely that the goal of College English Teaching is to train student's ability especially the listening and speaking ability, so that they can have effective communication in study and work,and students should strengthen the their autonomic learning ability and improve the cultural quality,so that they can meet the needs of Chinese development and international exchanges.In the new times, the college English teaching should transform from the teacher-oriented into the students-oriented,change from teaching language knowledge and ability only into training the students ability in using language and the autonomic learning.Since the 1980s,English Autonomic Learning has became a hot topic. A lot o f learner study the autonomic learning theory,and they also study how to train students autonomic learning ability. Computer Multi-medium Technology Assists English teaching enables English Teaching developing towards a individuation environment which is not limited by time and place, it is initiative. Computer Multi-medium Technology provides a good study environment to train student's Self-study ability. The article based on the basic of learning strategies and training theory, the study aims at the usage of the listening learning strategies, it studies many kinds listening strategies and the training of study strategies is led into the English listening teaching.The author carried out an English listening experiment in internet study environment. The object of study is the four classes students of Lishui Vocational and Technical College, the two classes are experiment students and the others are the contrast objects. The experiment students had self listening study in the Web Autonomous Environment, they had training of listening learning strategies.The contrast objects had the normal listening study, they did not got intervention. The study mainly discusses the following problem:The study results of autonomic learning on the internet; the usage of learner strategies; whether the listening skill can get improved after learning the study strategies, and it test whether the autonomic learning and replace the traditional listening study.The study use the SPSS 13.0to analysis the experiment factors. After analyzing the experiment of listening autonomic learning on the internet,we can get the following conclusions:1.The experiment class can carry out the autonomic listening learning on the internet without having lesson, and they get better results. So the students have autonomic listening learning is feasible.2.1n the autonomic learning environment, having study and guide of listening learning strategies can help student study more effective and they can improve the study result.3.After training the language learning strategies, the students are willing to use more strategies, they can strength the ability of autonomic learning.On the basic of experiment, the article analyzes the meaning of listening learning strategies, the listening problems in English listening teaching, and it raises the specific strategies in listening learning strategies on the internet. The article having the theory and practice attempt in English listening learning strategies on the internet.
