The Study On Comparative Between Marx And Rawls

The word "Justice" firstly appeared in Ancient Greece myth. Aristotle discussed the meaning of justice in detail and made it systematic. With the development of the world, the research on justice used to sink into silence. However, a new upsurge of researching on justice in the academic field began with the issue of "heory of Justice" by Rawls.Currently in China, the research on justice is mostly based on Rawls and Marx's Concept of Justice. This paper summarized the main content about Concept of Justice of Rawls and Marx, and made a comparative analysis on both conceptions. Marx's attitude emphasis its core is liberty and equality, Marx regard People-oriented and practical as his principles of justice; However, Rawls's attitude includes the following four items: the civil's idea of free and equal, the society as the system of fair cooperation, the idea of fine society order and different principles of justice. By comparing them, we can find that there were differences and similarities at the same time, we can make both complementary advantages through the dialogue.China is in the primary stage of socialism at present, some issues are influencing the social justice inevitably, on the other hand, affected by the socialist market economy, the Justice of China shows a certain degree of complexity, on the one hand conception of justice depend on Marx solute our current problems of justice, on the other hand while being the world's most stringent justice system currently, the conception of justice of Rawl should be helpful to the harmonious society construction. By comparing the conception of justice of Marx and Rawls, author hopes to find the integration point between the conception of Justice and the contemporary Chinese justice issues, which would be beneficial of solving our country's problems of reality justice and promoting the harmonious of society.
