Research On The Development Of Scatteredly Mixed Pumi Ethnic Group In Yongsheng County

The economic and social development of scattered mixed less populous ethnic groups is important part of the state policy supporting for the development of less populous ethnic groups,which has a crucial significance for common prosperity and development by common uniting and struggling among Chinese enthnic groups.China is a unified multi-ethnic country, composed of 56 ethnic groups, including 55 ethnic minorities. The population of ethnic minority is about 100 million, scattered in the vast territory.Only the area of ethnic autonomous areas account for 64% of the total land, among them,the scattered mixed ethnic minorities are more than 3000 million.There are about 22 ethnic minorities named less populous ethnic groups because of small population,located in every corner of the motherland, especially in the border region.The development of scattered mixed less populous ethnic group can reflect the Party's policy of supporting less populous ethnic group, a style of big power,and an important embodiment of the humanities,which is a specific basis for the implementation of nation theory and policy .As we can see, only scattered mixed less populous ethnic groups has developed, the entire less populous ethnic groups can really develop. Otherwise, the good wishes of the party and state supporting for less populous ethnic groups would be difficult at an early date.At present, the economic and social development of China's scattered mixed less populous ethnic groups is still very much lagging ,facing a lot of difficulties in the sustainable scientific development for economic development, national politics, the environment and various social undertakings, with obvious flaws and shortcomings. To promote and facilitate actively economic and social developmen of the mixed Pumi regional , has become one of the problems demanding prompt solution in order to maintain and consolidate the situation of common prosperity and development by uniting and struggling. In order to promote the economic and social development of scattered mixed Pumi region ,we must improve the enactation,implementation, monitoring of national theory and policy, national legal system and administrative normative , basing on the facts,from the the roots of Pumi,and make a reasonable assessment and a periodic adjustments,so that we can get a establishment of long-term support mechanism for development.In this paper, the main problems of economic and social developmentof scattered mixed Pumi regional in Yongsheng County, have been studied to address these countermeasures and proposals on the promotion of the sustainable development of economic and social for scattered mixed Pumi in Yongsheng County.These studies have some practical guiding significance and far-reaching historical significance for solving the problems of economic and social development for scattered mixed Pumi regional in Yongsheng County, achieving a common prosperity and development by common uniting and struggling among nationalities, taking the road of socialist harmonious well-off .
