The theory of language transfer is a approach of language learning tool, there are positive transfer and negative transfer, the positive transfer accelerates the second language by mother language habit, mode, regular. The negative transfer blocks and disturbs the second language learning.This paper discusses the inevitable pronunciation transfer of junior English learning and the function of positive/negative transfer by quantitative and qualitative methods on the base of psychological transfer theory. How to get best effect on the junior English learning by positive transfer, meanwhile, avoids negative transfer, the author points that, with the proper, feasible and superior methods which applies positive transfer meantime overcome negative transfer by empirical test. That is on the base of theory analysis by the study methods of visit and questionnaire to finds the emphasis of pronunciation learning, for increasing the junior English pronunciation teaching effect, in searches of the teaching tactics of increasing Chinese Pin Yin positive transfer, decreasing the negative transfer.This paper divides into 5 parts. Chapter one, it analysis the junior English teaching reality, study background, puts forwards the problems of junior English pronunciation teaching, explains the necessary and meaning of Chinese Pin Yin positive/negative transfer. Chapter two, it reviews language transfer, and the research on the contrast of English/Chinese pronunciation teaching methods study by English training experts and junior teachers of China. Chapter three, it proved inevitably positive/negative transfer of Chinese Pin Yin with English pronunciation by known the effect of Chinese Pin Yin learning for pronunciation, this study with the survey of 5 to 6 grade in Heilongjiang province Mudan river city Dongan section Jingfu school. Chapter four, it pointed the countermeasure for promoting positive transfer and preventing negative transfer in teaching practice.Chapter 5 drew some conclusion: 1. Chinese Pin Yin transfers English pronunciation at large.2. The positive transfer mainly consonant, some vowel alike.3. The negative transfer mainly vowel and the tune of Chinese Pin Yin.4. it was depend on teacher's explore of how to increase positive transfer and decrease negative transfer in English class in order to get a good training effect.
