A Study On The "platform + Module" System For The Training Of Creative Talents In Physical Education Of Higher Learning

Innovation is the soul of a nation and the cultivation of the creative people is the lasting topic of the higher education. Especially, China has basically achieved mass higher education, creative talents is one of the keys to improve quality of higher education and are educated mainly by the new training model in universities. So, research on the creative talents PE Professional Training System in colleges and universities, reflects the development needs of the society and times, provides a strong reference for the college to achieve the cultivation of innovative talents, propels the overall reform of school physical education, enhances the competitiveness of school and promotes sports undertakings healthy, steady and rapid development in China.In this study, Physical Education "Platform + Module" innovative personnel training system in Ningbo University as the research object, analysis the status of personnel training system of physical education of six provinces and one city in Colleges of East China from training objectives, requirements and curriculums of personnel training system and comparing with the "platform + Module" innovative personnel training system.With the combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this passage surveys primary and secondary school physical education teacher's knowledge structure and the status of capacity and quality, all of this be as a reference for training system physical education professionals of College. At the same time, this paper gets the curriculum reform from part of the curriculum specialists and physical education teachers of primary and secondary school.Based on the above background analysis, current situation analysis and needs analysis, this passage builds a new Physical Education"Platform + Module" innovative training model,then analyzes it specifically, and gets multi-platform support from internal and external colleges, like combining P.E.With teaching, school-enterprise Liaison, the provincial-team operation and so on,in order to train high-quality and compound talents together. Then sum up some features of innovative training system:①Update educational concepts, strengthen basic education.②O ptimize the courses structure, open up main courses.③increase the proportion of elective courses, enhance curriculum flexibility.④Deepen the reform of teaching, enrich the content of practice teaching.⑤r espect for the personality development, focuse on innovation.Of course, the model also points out the problems and puts forward the corresponding and optimal strategy, at last, the paper gets the final conclusion:①While the training of physical education reform has continuously achieved some success, but still behind the development of the times, the status of Curriculum is still: more required courses and less elective courses; More subjects courses but less theoretical courses; Practical ability especially innovational capacity and the capacity of research is not strong enough.②Professional personnel training objectives of physical education has changed the past single teachers of training physical education in seven colleges and universities of east China, the school also has some differences. However, the curriculums are lack of integrity, some of the titles of school curriculum are too complex, and there are no fixed sequence between the structure of courses, lacking of relevance and continuity.③The architecture of "Platform + module" innovative personnel training is interrelated and be progression layer by layer. Its salient features are "meeting the demands, expanding wide caliber, development different personalities and focusing on innovation, it also has obvious advantage: meeting all kinds of talents' needs, integrating general and expertise education, and strengthening the students' development of personality,implementating of quality and innovation education" and so on.④The curriculum of "Platform + Module" innovative personnel training significantly increases elective hours and reduces the required course hours;Increases the hours of theory lessons and focuses on the relevant subject knowledge; strengthens the knowledge of the general education classes; And continuously optimizes teaching content to promote students' development of individual personality like knowledge, ability, quality, and so on; enhances students' practical ability, innovation, research and capacity-building.
