The Research And Development Of Tianjin Port Collaboration Office Platform Based On Workflow

With the development of office automation technology, automation and paperless office increasingly urgent demand, enterprise collaboration office platform is a widely used. The nature of automation office is enhancing the efficiency of decision. By implementing automation office, it can optimize the existing management structure, adjust management system, enhance collaboration ability, and strengthen uniformity based on improving efficiency in order to increase decision efficiency.On the basis of studying some key technology of work flow, distributed computing, component, message middleware, this paper designed and implemented the Tianjin port collaboration office platform, which based on B/S, J2EE, and work flow technology. It significantly discussed the design and implement of file transfer, file sending modules and etc. This paper designed the whole flow and functions of file transfer module. Then it proposed the idea of accordance between platform and real work, work flow and business flow. It solved the problems of self design of flow, forms, data source and binding data source with toolkits. It gained an ideal result and it makes possibility of self definition of work flow by workers.The system discussed in this paper immensely increased the efficiency of the company after it has been used in Tianjin Port, saved the cost of official work, increased the profit of the company and brought good benefit both economic and societal.
